   黑夾克聚氨酯保溫鋼管用于集中供熱、供冷和熱油的輸送及分配的保溫管的鋼管和聚乙烯外護(hù)管,二者用聚氨酯泡沫絕熱材料緊密地結(jié)合為一體。管徑范圍是Φ90~Φ1240,保溫管全稱(chēng)叫高密度聚乙烯聚氨酯硬泡沫發(fā)泡保溫管,它的作用是保護(hù)工作管內(nèi)部流體的溫度,防止與外界發(fā)生熱傳遞,導(dǎo)致流體溫度的流失。

該技術(shù)是把絕熱層和防腐層同時(shí)包覆在鋼管道外表面上,從而形成管線(xiàn)的保溫防腐層,屬?lài)?guó)內(nèi)*。與其他方法相比,具有連續(xù)作業(yè)、生產(chǎn)效率高、成本低、節(jié)約能源、無(wú)污染環(huán)境等突出優(yōu)點(diǎn),1985年獲國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng),幾經(jīng)科技更新,達(dá)到先進(jìn)水平。

 

        用一步法成型方法建成的鋼管道絕熱防腐生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)自動(dòng)化程度高,絕熱防腐層的質(zhì)量*符合國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

        該技術(shù)自83年研制成功以來(lái),經(jīng)近二十年的改進(jìn)提高,目前已形成作業(yè)管線(xiàn)范圍達(dá)φ48mm~φ1000mm以上。絕熱防腐層鋼管主要用于原油輸送管道、直埋式供熱管道和制冷系統(tǒng)管道的絕熱防腐,應(yīng)用前景十分廣泛,率*。可應(yīng)用于集中供熱單位、遠(yuǎn)距離輸油、供水、供氣等工程。

        鋼管道防腐保溫泡沫夾克成型技術(shù)是八十年代初,由原來(lái)石油部基建局組織專(zhuān)家赴加拿大考察后,在國(guó)內(nèi)油田推廣的新技術(shù),并在國(guó)外 “ 二步法 ” 成型工藝的基礎(chǔ)上,由勝利油田油建工藝技術(shù)研究所于 1983 年推出“一步法”成型技術(shù),即鋼管道泡沫防腐保溫成型技術(shù)與外部保溫用夾克層一次成型,我們稱(chēng)這為“一步法”作業(yè)。這一工藝技術(shù)的成功,不但提高了作業(yè)效率,也大大節(jié)省了材料,降低了成本,方便了施工,很快這一技術(shù)在全國(guó)油田得到了推廣,并獲得了山東省科技成果, 1985 年獲得國(guó)家發(fā)明,直至目前,國(guó)內(nèi)沒(méi)有“一步法”技術(shù)問(wèn)世。
